Wetaskiwin Heritage Museum - all about Wetaskiwin History

Wetaskiwin Museum Exhibits

The Museum has a wide variety of exhibits devoted to the history of the Wetaskiwin District.

Our main floor features temporary exhibits which are changed on an annual basis. This is where traveling exhibits are featured, and we also have a variety of various pioneer artifacts including old style pianos and organs on display. One of the biggest ongoing projects at the Heritage Museum is Women of Aspenland, a permanent exhibit profiling local ladies who have made exceptional contributions to the community. The previous women are available - there are currently over 60 on display.

The main floor is also where you'll find our Gift Shop, Front Desk, Guest Book, Donation Box, Resource Library, and Public Washrooms.
